My story
The basis of my work is a complex approach to the body through the concept of mind, body and soul. All of the knowledge passed on to my clients I try and practice myself.
My path in physical and spiritual practices began back in 2007. While travelling through remote corners of China I tried the qigong philosophy of self-healing. Throughout my life I practised different methods and disciplines such as kinesiology, osteopathy, yoga, pilates and running.

Years of searching brought me to Italy where I learnt Bioginnastica methodology with its creator Stefania Tronconi in 2016. Bioginnastica was designed to restore the psycho-emotional balance of a person as well as promote psychophysical well-being.

After extensive practice, study, research and experiential exploration I developed two signature courses "Quantum Painting" and "Conscious Pregnancy and Birth" and started teaching in 2018. Later on, I created a "Mindful Breathing" course and started the classes in 2020. In November 2023, I completed Tom Myers's and Karin Gürtner's "Evoking the Core" training.

Moreover, I have been running my blog about conscious living, where I talk about various aspects of it: awareness through the prism of children's development, environmental issues, medication-free life, business and partnerships.
What is mindfulness?
It's a feeling that flows through your body, connecting your spirit energy and the soul's purpose
Breath is a melody of the soul that we hear and listen to through the body, like music in a music hall.

My credo is processing and feeling everything happening in my life through the body, separating the concepts of "emotions" and "feelings", and going into my deepest fears to find new sources of life there.

My practice "Mindful Breathing" is based on finding a unique breathing rhythm that sets the pace of your life and the way you want to live it.

Bioginnastica
Bioginnastica is an Italian breathing methodology aimed at helping the body find its natural balance.
It works with the rigidity of your body relieving emotional and physical tension using special patented foam balls.

You can expect fascinating results such as alignment of the spine and improved posture, restoration of proper and free breathing, activation of the lymph flow and blood circulation as well as nervous, endocrine and immune systems.
